Goibibo issued a pnr and eticket for which vietjet says it does not exist

I booked a flight from Bali to delhi for 19th july using Goibibo and it generated the e-ticket and the pnr for that flight, however after checking at the airline website with the same 6 digit pnr number, there is no ticket, and there is also no support from the Goibibo site only a bot answering that in thier system it shows as ticket confirmed. Now i am sceptical that i will be stranded at international airport in another country as Goibibo is so irresponsible, i did not recieve any other email from them. Try connecting with them over call but no support other thn chat bot... What should i do ?
