Stopping buspar today

I have been on buspar for 6 months and finally starting to realize it may be the culprit to feeling so off the last 3 months. I have tinnitus , ear popping to the point my ENT put tubes in my ears. I’ve also been experienced this anxious feeling shortly after I take it , where I just feel off , like a bobble head . My eyes can’t focus well and my left side of my face feels numb . It throws me into a panic thinking im having ng a stroke . I didn’t know what was causing it but realized it could be that . Has anyone experienced this ?
I’m not trying to scare anyone from taking it , I know everyone’s makeup is different , and may work for a lot of people
