Am i blacklisted lmao

So I have an old highschool classmate who ended up working at a Rolex store as a sales associate. About a year ago I stopped by to check out some pieces and to put my name on the list. No purchase history. I really liked the two tone Zombie and wanted a two tone DJ31 w/ diamond hours and bezel w/ MOP dial for my wife (we were getting married and wanted to get it for her as a gift).

He told me it was very unlikely that I’d get the MOP as its a custom piece and those come rarely. But he will lmk bout the zombie.

Literally 2 days after I stopped by - I get laid off. Obviously with the sudden change I reached out and told him and he said no worries.

Same week he calls me and tells me he has the Zombie i want available. I had to turn it down. 4 months after that - it was available again. Turned down again as I was still unemployed.

Fast forward to now, fully employed again and I havent really heard anything lmao and my texts are ignored. Should I try to establish a new relationship elsewhere?
