Just got my Ricoh GR IV – Looking for accessory recommendations and setup advice

Hi everyone,
I’ve just bought my first Ricoh GR IV and I’m really excited to start shooting with it. Since I’m new to the GR system, I’d love to hear your recommendations about accessories and everyday protection.
A few questions:
Screen protector:
What screen protector do you recommend? Is there a specific brand that fits well and doesn’t affect visibility or touch responsiveness?
Lens protection:
What’s your preferred way to protect the lens from dust, scratches, and accidental bumps?

Do you use a filter adapter and UV filter?
A lens cap?
A protective case only?
Nothing at all?
Lens hoods:
I’ve been looking at Squarehood and JJC/GGC lens hoods. Are they worth it for everyday use? Which one would you recommend, and why?
Thumb grips:
Do you use a metal thumb grip? Does it noticeably improve handling and comfort, or is it mostly unnecessary?
Straps:
I’d love recommendations for straps that can be easily swapped depending on the situation:

Wrist straps for everyday carry
Neck straps for travel or longer days out
Any other must-have accessories or tips for a new GR IV owner would be greatly appreciated.
