Tattoo Artist reccomendations

I'm switching artists (not getting into who or why) so I am looking for someone new. Ideally, in Westchester or close by. I don't mind paying a reasonable price for tats (this shit is forever) but don't want someone who charges a fortune either.

I have a few pieces I am doing this year and want to start on the first one soon (Knicks Championship tat).
