Reco Social - all games gone?

I've been doing game offers through Reco Social recently. They occasionally have a cashback bonus which is sometimes incredibly good & I've been absolutely loving playing a couple of games through them. A couple of issues with games not tracking (mainly just one, Survival Defense Zombie), but otherwise pretty flawless. Their customer support seems to be decent as well, with an AI chat bot that gets back to you quickly & so far the customer support has credited most of the missing bonuses. Still waiting on the big one that missed for over $100, so really hoping they credit that one to me as I provided a full video.

Either way, I woke up today & all of my games were gone from Reco. None of the offers I had started, nor any new games to start. The video feed stuff still works, just no offers. Does anyone know if Reco is having issues today or should I be worried about something happening to my account?
