Most SaaS teams treat documentation as an afterthought. Something you ship when you have time, or when a user complains enough.

But here's what the data from Docsio sites actually shows: users who visit the docs before signing up convert to paid at a significantly higher rate than those who don't.

Not the pricing page. Not the homepage. The docs.

When someone reads a quickstart guide before they've even created an account, they're not evaluating whether to use the product. They're figuring out how. That's a completely different mindset, and it shows up in the numbers.

The problem is most teams have no visibility into this. They don't know who's reading their docs, which pages they're hitting, or where they're dropping off. So the docs stay broken, outdated, or nonexistent, and deals quietly fall apart.

Docsio built analytics directly into every docs site so teams can actually see how documentation is influencing their funnel. Which pages get read before signup. Where users stop. What's working.

If your docs are a Google Doc with edit access turned on, or a Notion page you haven't touched in six months, that's not a content problem. It's a conversion problem.
