Need opinions on using "Manchild" for my entrance

I'm turning 20 soon and I want to celebrate it like the quinceañera I never got to have. My friends are going to do a fake entrance before my actual entrance. I'm thinking about using "Manchild" for my entrance song. Do you think it's a good choice? (Sorry if my English isn't very good, I'm from Argentina.)
