WIBTAH if I ask my neighbours to stfu?

I feel like I’m going legitimately nuts. I (25f) live in a usually very peaceful estate. However, those of you in England at the moment know it’s very hot so everybody has their windows open and is in their gardens. One of my neighbours a few doors down will NOT stop playing the same song on repeat - I mean constant repeat for upwards of 8 hours a day, from as early as 5am to as late as 12am. It’s a ballad of some sort, by a female singer; and my neighbour (male adult?) is droning away to it so so f*cking loudly. Like it sounds like a dying animal. And I feel like I’m going mental. The song never changes. I want to tell them to get some f*cking headphones and shut up but it’s technically not THAT loud. I can just always hear it. Will I be the asshole if I ask them to stop?
