Should i take this to arbitration?

A passanger during the middle of the ride lit a cigarette, when told he could not smoke he extinguished the cigarette on my seat leaving a burn hole. Lyft support feels $25 is sufficient as a "cleaning fee". However obviously no mater how much you clean and scrub a burn will not come out. If i take it to arbitration will i receive any retaliation from lyft?
