HELP PLSS

2 years ago i realised im bisexual and since then i experienced many rollercoasters in my life and my way of thinking and loving.I need an advice I nowadays feel like i need to announce myself to any queer person i meet that "OHHH GUYYZZZ YOU KNOW IM BI TOO " is this normal or am i insane? I dont mean any ill intent i just want to validated atp 😭
