Does warranty parity or the multiplier act apply to Maxcare?

Are there any flat rate techs in NJ or IL who can tell me if the multiplier act or warranty parity applies to Maxcare.

I honestly didn't know this was a movement that was happening in the auto industry. Its tempting to uproot my whole life just to relocate to one of the states who are recognizing this.

I told myself that I would never go back to a dealership, but since the 90 day warranty got reversed back to 30, I'm handling more Maxcare claims than ever.

These labor times are fucking criminal, I'm replacing a different evaporaror every week. If I could get 2 or 3 of the same vehicle then maby I can speed my ass up, but 7.5 hr on a GLE350 is fucking bullshit.

Hell at least the dealer gave me a few PDIs at the end of the day.
