Help with trophies

Im not sure if ive not done it correctly or if its something to do with a bug. Im trying to get the trail-blazer trophy. According to other posts ive read there is 7 in total.

And according to my profile on ds. I have fully upgraded one of each but have not gotten the trophy...

Is there like another thing i need to do before hand? Or should i just upgrade more to see if that fixes it. (Note. I am not fully done the main story if thats whats causing me to not get it)
