Does anyone know anything to quickly help dizziness , droopy feeling ?

This iron deficiency is having my life , I’m due a blood test and hoping the ferrous fumarate 210mg tablets have worked as I wonder if it’s them that’s making me feel like this as it’s only recently started happening as I was prescribed at the start of April it was 84 tablets I have 9 left .
