C Drive keeps filling up?

For the past month or so I have been deleting old files, downloads, and the like to free up my 256gb C Drive. It was completely full, but at one point I had over 30gb free. Slowly over a couple of weeks, my memory kept getting filled up, and now I only have less than 2gb left of space, and I havent downloaded anything since. I have used disc cleanup, moved pretty much all of my non-Windows files to my other storage, ensured all my downloads are not on my C drive, but now it's to the point where I can't update windows or my AMD drivers because I'm so low on space. I have over 800gb free on my SSD, and I don't know how to possibly free up any more space on my C drive. Any advice helps.
