NY Hotel- Wyndham Presentation Offer

I was posting to see if anyone has taken the $249 for 4 days, 3 nights in NY? Is it in Manhattan, is it decent?

I grew up a Wyndham kid, parents had timeshare and frequent these presentations a lot for the perks. I tend to trust the validity of the offer.. I’m just wondering if the NY hotel is decent, my fiance and I are not picky people. A simple Hilton Inn or even La Quinta is fine, of course no roaches.. anyway, I’m willing to set my timer for the presentation, record the conversation, say no, ensure the verbal bullying, even just tell them I am bankrupt if they won’t take no for an answer.

I just want to go on a honeymoon with my fiancé, we started a small business and are really only at the beginning, very very tight budget- if the $249 for 3 nights hotel is in NYC (I’m a native NYer) we can make this affordable to have a honey moon.

Does anyone have experience with this specific offer? Even used in other states/hotels?

To add: you also get 3 free nights in points for the future (I think you must book within 90 days) and a gift card.
