1. Crazy Stupid Love: This one's actually a double example. First, Robbie exploits his position as salutatorian to bitterly whine that he no longer believes in true love, as if any of his classmates or their families should have to give a shit. And then his father Cal gets up in front of all these students and their families and gives his own (un-microphoned) speech about how he isn't gonna give up on his estranged wife. All to encourage his 13-year-old son to keep ruthlessly pursuing his uninterested babysitter. And at no point does any school official intervene, no parents demand that these two selfish people stop ruining their kids' graduation, and the babysitter even rewards Robbie with her nudes after the speech.
2. How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days: Another double example of two obnoxious douchebags dragging their personal shit out in public. Ben and Andie are both carrying out social experiments against each other to selfishly further their own careers, under the guise of a romantic relationship. When they each learn of the other's scheme, they hijack the company ball and air out all their furious grievances against each other while everyone else can only react to the absolute cringe on display.

(Disliked Trope) Character obnoxiously hijacks a public event and makes their problem into everyone else's problem
