Looking for opinions on data analytical skills for Administrative Analyst role.

For context:

I have just graduated from my MPA, Urban Affairs program and wish to work for Municipal/City Government. I have been the Administrative Intern for a City for the last year and continue to be one. But I have been applying to Administrative Assistant/Analyst positions in the meantime.

I'm hoping to (in the long term) move into a management analyst role for this level of government, whether that be Economic Development which I have enjoyed working in or a more project coordintor/manager sort of role. Are there any technical certifications or skills I should be looking further into now that I have more time away from school?

(Also open to looking into other roles that are in line with my MPA but involve more data analytics as this also interests me!!)

Any suggestions would help alot!
