Where to study my Masters Degree in Scotland?

Hi. As you can read in the title I am looking for information and recommendations on where to study my Master's Degree.

The thing is that I have a degree in Philosophy and would like to do my Master's degree in Scotland, perhaps even my doctorate. The problem is that I have no idea the state of philosohpy in Scotland or which is the best University for what I want to do.

If anyone would be so kind as to help me or guide me. This are my main questions: Which are the most prominent Departments of Philosophy in Scotland? Which University is better? Do I follow through with my plans or is it a crazy plan?
