ROBLOX ACCOUNT

Hey,so i cleared my chrome cache (cookies etc) and I lost access to my roblox account and I tried to login in with my username and password (I remember them both) but It has 2SV so it takes me to the auth app which I've lost my access to (I don't see codes on there) and I might have accidently deleted backup codes and I'm currently trying to reset my 2sv which i do the following steps :

I verify my email (it works) and when it goes to the number I don't see my country code for some reason so I switched to Roblox support, I fill everything with email,username and description and I get this error and its my first time for some reason, any other way I can contact roblox or I just wait?

If anyone can help me please do tell me, I've spent healthy amount of robux on it -
