Commitment with nuzlockes

Yeah, so I love doing nuzlockes is personally my number 1 hobby and I always think of what game I'm going to play next, but I'm hardstuck I can't win a run it's been forever since I've won, I don't know if is just that in the late game I'm rushing to finish the game, or I get unmotivated when a pokemon I plan to use dies, I've player every game even difficulty rom hacks, and usually when I'm doing good all of a sudden I lose 3 mons and I lose all the will to play

I'm just talking about what happens to me, but i would help if all of you share your thoughts about this, and if you could give me some tips on what to do, or what you do when this happens
