20m wanting to move back to the US. best states to move to?

I've lived in Florida and Georgia, and if i had to pick one it'd be Florida. I spent 2 days in New York before, but I still prefer Florida even though NYC and Brooklyn gave the American feeling more than Florida and Georgia, idk if you get it.

I miss florida a lot though, when i lived in palm beach i had a small apartment that my gf would frequently visit - and now I live in a country where if I wanted the same lifestyle I needed a college and maybe uni degree and to work at least 12 hours a day, or start a business that everyone else already started.

But what state do I move to? My gf is from trinidad, I am mixed mexican and sgyptian, and we have a baby that we worry about a lot because of kid expenses in america.
