7/8 seeds have popped - any tips or thoughts?

Hey all

So I began germination of 4x GREAM and 4x GASSEROLE 4 days ago. Damp paper towel inside Tupperware in a dark space. All have popped and sprouted healthy taproots, most very quickly, except for one GREAM. Hasn't done anything. This is the first seed that hasn't popped of the last 3 grows I've done.

What would yall do? I have an 8x4 to fill out so I want 1 more GREAM in there. When would you give up on the last one that hasn't popped and pop another? Any tips to try encourage germination for the one seed left?
