i have a few questions out here guys

so i started accutane 20mg 2 weeks ago,and im seeing maybe a little more acne,feels normal,its not that bad you know,but yeah,my face got dry after 3 days,and after a week,my lips,and after that my hair.now ik thinking,im 16,using this dose of 20mg,ive heard that it depends on your weight,im 70kg.i think 70kgs should use 30-40mg accutane.rn i see that this accutane is really helping,and it worked fast,especially on my lips.and my doctor said i should use this for 6 months,so should i keep going,or maybe go back to him and aks if i should increase the dose?
