Drop year guidance

Can any seniors who gave both NEET '25 and '26 guide me on how to navigate my drop year? 😭

My strong subjects are Physical Chem and Inorganic Chem, but Physics and Organic Chem are my biggest weak points. In Physics, one tough question is enough to make me panic and start messing up even the easy ones 🥲.

Bio is kinda average too (scored 320 in Re-NEET).

I'd really appreciate teacher and book recommendations for Physics and Organic Chem that'll help me solve 25-26 lvl papers.

My Scores were -neet 2026 – 545 , Re-neet 2026 – 490 (might be lower tbh 😭 omr mistakes ). Physics completely messed with my confidence and I was literally sweating while filling the OMR.

Any advice from seniors or successful droppers would be appreciated. Pls help 🥀🙏.
