Pakistanis Panic buying Iranian Currency

I know buying it is actually shooting yourselves in the foot. But i don't have the understanding of currency economics to say myself that this is a trap

One thing I know for sure is reissuance of currency. Any other risks involved? Even if Iranian Riyals multiplies exponentially this will cause a weird deflation situation in Iran won't it? I heard this situation has caused real estate to come down a bit

Also how long will this rally last?
