Noise Complaint at 2AM.

So naa nsad activity ang Brgy Olingan around Tubod area and grabe ka kakusog ang bass sa ilaa speakers - typical DISCORAL vibes jud ni and tanang budots songs naa. It's all good since community event man and everyone involved and participated siguro dun had a good time. Pero grabe nasad oi na 2AM nas kadlawon, gacge japun sila. Mind you, the noise started late afternoon of June 22 Monday late afternoon until June 23 Tuesday 2AM.

Question: Unsa na Dept makatabang nato ani and who to call to report such disturbances at 2am? Tried to call Police Dept hotlines 0998-598-6778 and 0977-606-4260 pero no answer.
