New friend is rude all of a sudden ?

I don't know how to describe her behavior. Either rude or passive-aggressive. We met almost a year ago but started hanging out recently. I didn't think we would get along but we did . People usually excluded her because she was "mean" and I kinda felt bad for her at that time. I don't usually base my opinion on other people's thoughts

I have introduced her to my other friends and we have all hung out before and she was nice and caring. She has helped me before. But recently we went on a trip. And I saw a side of her I didnt expect.

She would "boss" around. Or value her opinion over mine. We were with 3 other girls and we barely spoke when in a group setting. And I'd say something and she would take it in the wrong way, or say something out loud to make me feel "embarrassed. " it was more indirect.

I didnt say anything back then cause It kinda caught me off guard. Maybe I should've confronted her about her behavior and I kinda regret I didnt. I did have a weird gut feeling the whole time (which I never have with other people especially my close friends).

I don't know if I should say something or just let it go and distance myself from her. Even if I do say something, part of me believes she won't change. We planned a trip next week and I really dont wanna go.
