MOHELA IDR AMOUNT CONFUSION

Hi! Looking for anyone with similar experience because this is the 3rd day in a row Ive tried to get through to MOHELA about Income Driven Repayment and currently sitting at 4 hour wait time. I am a teacher and was on SAVE, applied for IDR after seeing the simulator estimation tool saying my payment would be roughly $146.00 a month. 3 days later was approved, and all the websites (mohela, federal aid) show me as in IDR with a month payment of 0.00. I only need like 10 more payments to meet PLSF requirements so I am frustrated because why is saying 0.00 suddenly? Would love anyone with any similar experiences to share what happened in their situation in the event I am never able to get through to THESE FOOS!
