After recommendations for a ladies e-bike that can keep up with an omnium ?

I have a Omnium Cargo that has now got a child's seat and box for child related things on the front, as well as a rack on the rear for other necessities. I am not too sure how fast we go, but I am guessing under 20mph - I don't want to add a computer as I used to race and was obsessed with all the metrics, which reduced the fun of riding.

My wife wants to join me for rides with our son and wants an e-bike. I have zero knowledge on the subject. I guess 3h rides before a recharge would be good, but most of the journeys tend to be 30-45mins. She is about 155cm / 5ft2in and petite. What do I need to look for and what brands are worth looking into?
