Nausea during pregnancy on meds

I’m 7 months pregnant and have been back on a lower dose of Vyvanse since I finished the first trimester. My nausea is insane and through the roof. Everyday throwing up post meds and I’m so sick of it. Doctor says it’s normal. I can’t function and work without meds unfortunately.

Has anyone found a holy grail system for this? Or am I doomed for vomiting til I have this baby?
