ASUS F2A55-M/M11BB/DP_MB PCI Slot Question

Hello folks. I have a ASUS F2A55-M/M11BB/DP_MB without a PCI slot. I do see it has spot on the board for a PCI slot. I am wondering if I add a PCI slot on the board will it work?
