New to Runelite - what's good?

Just purchased a Surface Pro 11 with Flex Keyboard+Pen. It's going to become the ultimate RuneScape device. I used to play a lot when I was 12 and I'm back 18yrs later with a wealth of gaming experience and a vengeance!!

I'm lvl 69 at the moment, total lvl approx 950.

Any advice on how to use Runelite and the best plugins would be much appreciated!

Bonus points if I can somehow utilise the touchscreen of the Surface to give me an advantage somewhere.
