First Time with Retatrutide (30mg) Reconstitution, Starting Dose, Storage & Beginner Questions

First time trying retatrutide. I bought it back home and was given a 30 mg dry vial along with a 5 mL vial of bacteriostatic water.

For context, I’m a 28-year-old female, 5’0”. I was 167 lbs before pregnancy and I’m currently around 200 lbs postpartum. My goal weight is 135–145 lbs. I’ve been struggling to lose the weight despite my efforts.

I previously used Ozempic and started at 0.25 mg, then increased to 0.5 mg. I lost about 5 lbs before finding out I was pregnant, so I stopped taking it.

I’m a bit confused about the reconstitution process and dosing for retatrutide. How much bacteriostatic water would you add to a 30 mg vial, and what would be a typical starting dose? How often do most people inject it?

I also came across a TikTok video claiming that peptides shouldn’t be kept for more than 4–6 weeks after reconstitution. Is that accurate, and does it depend on storage conditions?

I’ve been trying to research retatrutide but I’m finding a lot of conflicting information and not many reliable sources. Any advice, resources, or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
