28 weeks, going for evaluation of symptoms

I'm on my way to labor and delivery, I thought nothing of my symptoms at first until I actually thought about it now I'm terrified. I don't know what's going to happen or exactly what this might be if anyone has any ideas please share them, I am on my way to get medical treatment but I just need some comfort right now.

Symptoms:

Sharp aching pain in upper midsection

Tylenol resistant headache

Vomiting again suddenly

Urinary pain and retention

Near fainting and vision changes with normal blood pressure

Blood smell during urinating with absence of blood

Muscle weakness after light exertion

Normal home blood pressure

Hydrated and ate dinner

No swelling

Weight loss

Decreased fetal movement

Severe stress
