has anyone here actually invested with Diversyfund?

Been looking into private real estate platforms and found a bunch of Diversyfund comments, some really positive others some pretty harsh. We have some capital sitting around that we would rather not park in a savings account and few people in our circle have mentioned private real estate as an alternative and this platform came up a couple times in those conversations.

So want to know if it's trustworthy, how's communication with them and did ppl actually got what they were told??? Anyone here put money in and can share what happened?
