Reco Social - All games gone suddenly?

I've been doing game offers through Reco Social recently. The occasional cashback bonus can be incredibly good & I've been absolutely loving playing a couple of games with these bonuses allowing me to get the 'premium' game experience. It is awesome! No troubles beyond a couple of issues with games not tracking (mainly just one, Survival Defense Zombie), but otherwise pretty flawless.

I woke up today & all of my games were gone from Reco. None of the offers I had started, nor any new games to start. The video feed stuff still works, just no offers. I saw the message from Reco pop up saying that the games were having issues but should be working now, but still broken for me.

Unfortunately, I think I screwed something up. I have Reco on two phones as Animals & Coins only works well on one of my phones. But, I just use one Reco account. Qs far as I understand, that is fine as I'm not using duplicate accounts or anything scammy. Basically the same as other sites do when you have an Android phone & an iPhone, so you can do all the offers.

Weirdly, on one of the phones the 'Games' tab in Reco is completely missing. The missing games tab on my other phone seems to suggest that my account got flagged. I didn't think that using two different phones was an issue as long as you weren't trying to use multiple Reco accounts... but the support FAQ seems to suggest my account got flagged.

I raised another support ticket explaining & hopefully it can be resolved. If not, I'm going to lose my mind because I seem to do nothing but make bad decisions anymore. I just keep getting further down in the dumps & not handling things well. This year has been the absolute worst year for me feeling like I'm not useless beyond hope.

This year has been the pits. Both personally and just with the daily world news. I don't know if anyone can help, but I really hope I just didn't lose access to the best thing that I've found in a long time.
