Breakouts

I recently started EMDR for childhood trauma. Im also currently still working full time and in stenography school full time. Within the past week especially (but even over the month+ since I've started) I've really noticed my face breaking out all over, no real pattern or zone, just wherever it feels like it seems. Im 28F and never really had much acne ever in my life. I was just curious if anyone had this happen, or if im just stressed out to the max and my body is like ahah heres some more stress to add to the mix, or maybe both..
