Everyone is hypocritical, people choose their own hypocrisy and hate you if you don't align with it.

You can argue that it's just the nature of complexity of human existence but almost everyone i know personally/ on the internet/ have read have been hypocrite in some way or the another, may it be logically or how they act.

I also see human beings holding contradicting values/opinions at the same time.

And it's not to say it's bad, i sometimes feel, how we navigate all these contradictions defines us as human.

Even a lot of "rational" people I know, rather than accepting that they have contradicted themselves, will find excuse or argument to defend their position (i maybe wrong but i don't think there's anything that u can't logically defend in a philosophy debate, it's just the premise that you're operating upon).
