MEBEKO recognition process: what happens after paying the fees?

Hi everyone,

I'm an Italian doctor currently going through the MEBEKO recognition process.

A few days ago, I received the payment slips from MEBEKO and paid the fees straight away. Now I'm wondering what the next steps usually look like.

Do they send any confirmation once the payment has been received, or is it just a matter of waiting? How long did it take before you heard back from them again?

I'm also curious whether it's common for MEBEKO to request additional documents after the payment stage, or if, in most cases, they simply proceed with the evaluation.

I know processing times can vary a lot, but I'd really appreciate hearing from people who have gone through the process recently and can share their experience.
