New supplement, need some help understanding the ingredients

Doctor made me switch to a different supplement, when I look it up the label says 45mg iron and 286mg iron bisglycinate. The label makes it look like the 286mg iron bisglycinate is part/form of the 45mg iron, which makes little sense to me. Little explanation otherwise. How do I understand this?
