Anyone using TheCrewChief with speech for simracing?

I have started simracing and was looking for a voice based race engineer for immersion and also added support.

I learnt about TheCrewChief as a spotter and a race engineer. I want to use to also to make pit startegy decisions, however, it seems to not be able to understand my Indian accent. The only commands it is able to understand are: can you hear me or tires. That too after repeating them a few times.

I have also tried changing the language of my pc from English UK to English IN in Windows, but didn't help.

Does anyone has any experience or idea on how to make it work?
