Butt Plugs

Now butt plugs. I have tried them in the past and I just don’t know if they actually work. I have 3 topped toys plugs (not large sized but medium sized) and have worn them for half hr to an hour however I don’t know if they actually do anything to stretch my pussy out so I stopped. I am really interested in using plugs to aid in keeping my hole stretch and interesting in giving it one more try. The other thing is, from the time I have done it, just didn’t find them comfortable

Question for guys who plug for hours. Do you really feel it helps? Specifically guys who fist, Do you really notice or feel it aids in advancing your FF activities. What do you guys recommend as good plugs to wear for few hours? How often do you do it and how long? Also, what plug harness do you recommend? How do you make them feel comfortable esp. for sitting.
