I job-searched for over a year, applying to 100s of jobs, with almost no interviews. I fixed this one, stupid thing. Then started getting multiple interviews a week.

For over a year I applied and got only silence back. A handful of interviews, mostly nothing. I figured my resume was fine and the market was just brutal.

Then I started actually tailoring it to each specific job. Matching the job description's language, cutting what wasn't relevant to that role, making sure the things they were screening for were on the page. I went from a few interviews in a year to few interviews in a week, and landed a new role in under a month.

"Tailor your resume" is advice everyone gives and nobody does, because doing it well for every application takes forever. So I'll just do it for some of you.

I did build a tool to speed this up, but the offer is me doing it by hand for you.

If you're mid-search and stuck: comment or DM me the role you're targeting, and I'll tailor your resume to a real job you're applying for and show you the before/after so you can see exactly what changed and why.
