I need some advice.

I have AED 8,000 in UAE overstay fines and I've just received a job offer, but I can't complete the visa process until I deal with the fines. I was born and raised in the UAE and I have nowhere else to go.

I don't currently have a job, so I can't qualify for a credit card or a personal loan. Does anyone know of any legitimate options to borrow the money, get a credit card, or any other advice for my situation?

Any genuine advice would be greatly appreciated.
