how to transfer Euro to USD FCNR in ICICI ? has anyone used Wise?

Hi,

Since FCNR deposits rates have increased to 6% . I am enquiring on how to transfer Euro to USD FCNR in ICICI. My ICICI Relationship manager himself is not clear on the process and is giving different information every time.

Has anyone used Wise to make the transfer? I can convert Euros to USD in Wise multi-currency account. But Wise doesn't permit transfer to any intermediary bank account (Nostro).

Has anyone experience with the same ?
