Is Sennheiser IE 900 for 850EUR a good deal?

Hi All,

Are the IE 900 + Eros S II, Ares S II and Cadmus II cables a good deal for 850eur?

Link to 1 of the cable sets:

Only 1 set of these cables are 306EUR, so I would assume that the iems and the cables for 850EUR are a bargain
