No love like religious hate?

Im a muslim bi teen, and i can't fathom why a man who bullies, kills and hates others is able to go to jannah while a person whom he can't choose to love is destined for hell.

Currently, i believe that Allah may be with me because he loves all his creations so long as they are sincere, good and loving as was commanded by Allah. But then again why is something so simple even worse than murder and robbery in the eyes of many, and perhaps Allah?

Is Allah's love like this, or how?
