Getting diagnosed as an immigrant in France (neuropsychiatric evaluation) help?

I (23F) wanted to see if there’s anyone who’s had an experience of getting a diagnosis while not able to speak fluent french. I have a referral to a psychiatrist for an ADHD evaluation that I got from my gp. I am limited in my search since I need the practitioner to be able to speak english and accept the Carte Vitale (I have CSS). So far I’ve seen two psychiatrists and both of them cut me off after the initial visit and send me to go get a neuropsychological evaluation. As far as i researched, the only way to get it covered by CSS is to go through CMP/CAMP. Does anyone have experience with doing so? Is it a normal practice to go through a neuropsychologist for a diagnosis? Is there a chance that CMP will be able to do the evaluation in english? Do I just try another psychiatrist? I am so lost.
So far I just feel like a clown for attempting to pursue this diagnosis. I start thinking that I should just go back to my old ways and suck it up, but with every day passing I am just getting worse.
