AC4 remake on i5 3470, will it boot?

Can it even boot at all, considering the avx2 requirement nowadays.

Specs:

16gb ddr3 GTX 1050 ti i5 3470 Win 10

(Edit: mb guys I didn't even realize it's not released yet 😭)
